Like most things, coffee just tastes better with a rich history. Being 4 generations in the making means their bond is as strong as their roasting process at Community Coffee, named in 1919 for their appreciation of the friends they served. For coffee fans, these Family-based roots are just as important as the aroma of their morning brew and for us, it was certainly an influence on our design process for their modern booth design at the National Restaurant Show. Structurally, we built a double-sided fabric prep house with raised logos and a push window, allowing customers to watch as baristas brewed special blends for serving. Other highlights include a custom curved bar finished in contrasting laminate, a hanging fixture with suspended Edison bulbs and an entry arch just as welcoming as the company itself.
